    The actual joke is: A man and is friend go to a joke telling convention. It is the man's first time at one of these bit his friend goes to them regularly. They get there and everyone is just saying numbers and then laughing as if a joke was told. The man, very confused asks, "What is so funny?" the man's friend explains, "to save money, we just assigned each joke a number." Then, someone shouted out, "149!" and everyone laughed much louder than the other numbers. "What was so funny about that one?" the man asked. His friend replied, "They've never heard that one before."

    Explanation: This is an anti-joke website, the number 149 is not the actual joke, therefore it conforms to the situation in hand very nicely due to not actually being funny in accepted society but on this website can be viewed as being humourous. If not by some people.
